I have been planning on this post for quite a while, but now that Gabriel is 9 months old, I think I have it figured out 🙂 so I thought I would share with you guys what we carry around in our diaper bag. Whether you are a mom to be, a parent or just someone curious about what goes on a diaper bag, I hope this post is helpful!!

Tenho planejado esse post a algum tempo, mas agora que Gabriel tem 9 meses de idade, acho que já está na hora de postar 🙂 então venho mostrar pra vocês hoje o que levamos na nossa bolsa de fraldas . Se você está grávida, é mamãe ou apenas está curiosa para ver o que carregamos, continue lendo e espero que seja útil 🙂

Lets start talking about the bag itself. I have the cutest diaper bag of all time by RYLA. I have used other bags in the past but this backpack has literally saved my life. As a mom blogger, every time we go out we end up taking some pictures for the blog or instagram so having a bag that is cute, fashionable and functional is a must! The Ryla is not just a cute backpack! It is made for “mom hustlers” as the brand says and it has all the pockets necessary to carry babys and mom essentials items.

Vamos começar falando sobre a bolsa. Essa é a mochila de fraldas mais fofa de todos os tempos da marca RYLA. Eu usei outras bolsas quando ele nasceu, mas esta mochila literalmente salvou minha vida. Como uma mamãe blogueira, toda vez que saímos de casa acaba rolando algumas fotos para o blog ou instagram e essa mochila combina com meus looks sem parecer que estou carregando uma “bolsa de fraldas” e além de super linda e estilosa, é também super funcional! Tem varios bolsos e cada um com uma função. Cabe todas as coisas essenciais do Gabriel e algumas coisinhas da mamãe também.

The front has a pocket which is intended for the mom. I can fit my keys, gum, lip gloss, hand cream wallet and a hand sanitizer. Pretty good right!? And the back of the bag has a second pocket which is perfect to put my phone.

Na parte da frente tem um bolso com zipper que é o bolso da mamãe. Lá eu carrego a minha carteira, chiclete, batom, Creme de mão, álcool gel e chaves.

Inside of the bag there are two insulated pockets for the bottles and I use one for a bottle and another one for a thermal bottle. Above the bottle holders is a small zippered pocket and right in front there are two square pockets perfect for pacifiers and/or small acessories.

Do lado de dentro tem dois bolsos térmico para carregar mamadeira, um com zíper e dois bolsinhos pequenos perfeito para chupetas e acessórios pequenos.

Now lets take a look on what I carry for the baby 🙂

• Diapers, wipes and diaper rash cream
This is a must! I always have 2-3 diapers but depending where we go I will bring more. For the wipes I always cary a small to go package. I have tried the portable dispensers before but they always dry out the wipes, so is a no no!

• Change of clothes
I always carry one set of change beacuse with babies you never know!!!

• Pacifier and clips
They tend to disapear! lol so I have extras ones in the bag at all times.

• Bottles and Thermals
I stopped breastfeeding him last month so now when we go out I always carry a bottle with an attachable formula container and one thermal bottle with hot water.

• Burp cloths and bis
Now that he is almost 10 months we almost dont use them anymore but I always cary it in case I need to clean his hand or give him some solid food on the go.

• Books, toys and tedy bear
Its never the same toys, when we leave the house I always grab something to keep him entertained on the car or when needed. His tedy bear though, goes almost everywhere 🙂

• Wet bag or zip lock bags
Its a must to put dirty clothes especially when they have a blowout

• Snacks, Water Sip Cup, Spoon and Bib
Now that Gabriel is eating solids, I like to keep a spoon and a bib for on the go feeding. Also his water sip cup and some puffs (these save life, specially at a restaurant 🙂

•Agora vamos ver as coisas que carrego para o bebê:

•Fraldas, lencinhos e pomada
Sempre carrego 2-3 fraldas e se vamos demorar mais tempo fora de casa levo mais. Nunca sabemos quando vai precisar então sempre melhor estar prevenida. Os lenços eu levo aqueles pacotes econômicos. Ja testei aquelas caixinhas de carregar lencinhos mas não gostei porque seca tudo!

•Troca de roupa
Também não pode faltar. Tento levar macacão que é mais fácil, ou um body com calça.

•Chupetas e clipes
Eita chupetas que perdem, desaparecem haha mamas entenderam! Então sempre levo umas 2-3 extra e um clip de chupeta pra segurar quando estamos na rua e evitar que fique caindo no chão.

•Mamadeira e garrafa termal
Agora que o Gabriel não esta mais mamando no peito, levo sempre uma ou duas mamadeiras esterilizadas. Uso essas mamadeiras da Herobility que vem com o potinho que da pra carregar a formula. Levo tambem uma garrafinha termal com agua fervida pra poder misturar com agua fria e deixar o leite morno.

•Toalhinha e babador
Ele quase não baba mais como nos 4-6 meses de idade, mas mesmo assim sempre levo uma fraldinha extra pra limpar as mãozinhas ou o rosto se precisar.

•Brinquedos, livro, ursinho
Antes de sair de casa sempre pego uns 2-3 brinquedinhos pra ter no carro e distrai-lo no carrinho dele também. Sempre pego alguma coisa diferente, um livro, um mordedor, um bloquinho e o ursinho “precioso” ele carrega pra todo lado!

•Bolsa para roupa suja ou molhada
Tenho sempre em maos uma bolsinha própria pra colocar coisas molhadas ou roupas suja em caso de “acidente”. Aquelas bolsas plásticas de zip lock também são ótimas!

•Copinho de água, colherzinha e “snacks” para lanchinho
O Gabriel ama tomar agua, então sempre levo o sip cup dele. E agora que esta comendo comida solida carrego uma colherzinha e um babador para quando tiver que dar papinha no carro ou na rua. E não pode faltar o “snack” dele. Essas estrelinhas de cereal salvam a vida na hora do aperto, pra distrair ele ou pra enganar a fome ate eu preparar a mamadeira ou a papinha 🙂

These are the most updated stuff I carry for Gabriel now that he is almost 10 months. In addition to all this I always grab an extra swaddle just in case.

Esses são os itens que tenho na mochila nos últimos meses. Tento levar somente o necessário e não fotografei mas sempre levo uma cobertinha de flanela extra em caso de emergência e precisar pra cobrir ou forrar no chão ou algo do tipo.
