How was your Labor day weekend? This was such a short week and I am not ready to say goodbye to summer quite yet! But I have to confess that I feel really excited about fall fashion. I love dressing for this beautiful season. So lets talk about a trend that has been seen for a while, all seasons, and it defnitely came to stay.

It is not news that sneakers have become a fashion trend with staying power. I particularly love this trend and appreciate the comfort of wearing something that allows me to be on trend and also be ready to play and run after my boys. After having kids I have seriously retired my heels and I am always looking for comfy shoes that I can dress up or down. Now, one of my favorite type of sneakers from an endeless list of styles is a clean, classic sneakers for standing on my feet all day.

When it comes to minimal sneakers, Taos has really great ones. The Star Sneaker model is really cute and perfect for everyday wear because it literally goes with any outfit. I like to use these sneakers with my casual daily outfits but if I am wearing a flowy floral dress, for example, and I will be on my feet all day, I add my star sneakers which gives a really nice cool girl touch to my outfit.

Today’s outfit is a mix of pieces I tend to use a lot. I paired some jeans shorts with basic sweatshirt and my Taos Grey Star Sneakers. I really love this color because it differs from the other white classic sneakers I have and its easy to style with everyday looks.
