This post was created in collaboration with King of Christmas. As always, all opinions and experiences shared here are my own.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you may already know that I’ve had a flocked King of Christmas tree for years. It has been part of our Christmas traditions for a long time, and I’ve always loved how beautiful and realistic it looks.
But this year, I wanted to switch things up. I decided to go with a green King of Christmas tree for a more classic, traditional Christmas look and I have to say, I’m loving the change.

I chose the 7’ Tribeca Blue Spruce Artificial Christmas Tree with 550 Warm White LED Lights.
After years of having a flocked tree, I was ready for something that felt a little more traditional.
The Tribeca Blue Spruce has that classic green Christmas tree look I was going for, but still has the realistic, full appearance that I’ve always loved about King of Christmas trees.
Once the branches are fluffed, it has such a beautiful, natural look and I love how it looks both decorated and on its own.
Easy to Assemble
One of the first things I love about King of Christmas is how simple the tree is to put together.
The sections fit together easily and takes you less than a minute to connect the three parts, and once everything is in place, it is really just a matter of fluffing the branches.

And while fluffing does take a little time, it’s worth it. That’s when the tree really starts to take shape and you get that full, realistic Christmas tree look.

It also comes with a pair of gloves which comes in handy and helps to fluff those branches quicker.

Built in LED Lights
This is probably my favorite feature of the Tribeca Blue Spruce. The 550 warm white LED lights are already built into the tree.
It makes so easy to put the tree up. There are no tangled boxes of Christmas lights, no spending hours wrapping strand after strand around the branches and no trying to figure out where one strand ends and another begins.
The lights are already perfectly positioned throughout the tree, and once the tree is assembled, it’s ready to glow.

It also comes with a remote control with 8 different light modes, a built in timer and you can adjust the brightness too.

Decorating the tree
This year, I decided to do something a little differently. Instead of worrying about making the tree look perfectly styled or picture perfect, I let my boys decorate it however they wanted.
They picked the ornaments, decided where everything should go, and had so much fun helping decorate the tree.

As someone who loves a pretty, coordinated Christmas tree, letting go of that perfection was a little hard at first. But watching them decorate together reminded me that they’re only going to be this little for so long.

I want them to remember decorating the Christmas tree together, not whether every ornament was perfectly placed.
Because years from now, I know I won’t remember if the tree looked picture perfect. I’ll remember them standing there, laughing, reaching for the branches, and making Christmas memories together.
And somehow, that makes this tree even more special to me.

Why I Chose King of Christmas Again
After having a King of Christmas tree for years, I already knew the quality was there. Their trees have that full, realistic look that makes an artificial tree feel much more like a real Christmas tree, and they’re made to be enjoyed year after year.
But what I appreciate most is how hassle free the whole experience is.
The Tribeca Blue Spruce comes together easily, and once the sections are connected, it’s mostly about taking a little time to fluff the branches and let the tree reach its full shape. There’s no complicated setup or trying to figure out where everything goes.
And then there are the lights built right into the tree which, without a doubt, is my favorite feature. I love decorating for Christmas, but I could definitely do without untangling and wrapping hundreds of feet of lights around a tree every year. Having the lights already perfectly placed throughout the branches makes such a difference. The tree is ready to glow as soon as it’s assembled, and the warm white lights give it that cozy Christmas feeling I love.
It’s one less thing to worry about, which means I can spend less time dealing with the setup and more time enjoying the reason we decorate in the first place.
And Putting It Away Is Just as Easy
And when Christmas is over, I love that the convenience doesn’t stop there. The tree comes apart easily into sections, and everything can be neatly packed away in the included storage bag.
The storage bag makes it so much easier to keep everything together and tucked away until it’s time to bring the tree back out again.

A Little Less Perfect, A Lot More Meaningful
At the end of the day, I think that’s what I want this Christmas to be about.
This year, I didn’t need a perfectly styled tree. I wanted a tree that was easy to put together, beautiful enough to make the room feel magical, and sturdy enough to become part of our Christmas traditions for years to come.
And I wanted my boys to have the freedom to decorate it their way and be part of it. Because they’re growing up way too fast, and I know that one day I’ll miss the mismatched ornaments, the decorations that are way too low, and even the stuffed reindeer hanging right in the middle of the tree.
So this year, I’m choosing to enjoy the moment instead of worrying about perfection.
And honestly, I think that’s what makes this Christmas tree the perfect one for our family.
